aptisee is testing a simple AI-assisted false lash shopping flow: preview a lash-enhancing look first, then decide whether the style feels right for your eyes and makeup routine.

What product is available now?

Our current MVP product is the aptisee False Lash Preview Kit.

How does the virtual try-on work?

Open the product page, tap TRY IT ON, and upload a clear face or eye-area photo. Gleame generates a lash-enhancing preview based on the current effect settings.

Is the try-on result exact?

No. Virtual try-on is a preview tool, not a perfect guarantee. Results can vary by lighting, device, camera quality, eye shape, skin tone, makeup, and photo angle.

Why does the effect look like mascara?

For this MVP, Gleame is configured with the closest available lash-enhancing setup. It helps us test whether shoppers want a try-before-you-buy lash flow before we invest in a more advanced AR system.

Do you store my uploaded photo?

The image is used to provide the virtual try-on experience through the app provider. Please do not upload sensitive images. See our privacy policy for more detail.

Can I return false lashes?

Because false lashes are hygiene-sensitive beauty products, opened or used items cannot be returned. Unopened items may be eligible for return according to our refund policy. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number.

How long does shipping take?

Processing and delivery times may vary by destination. We will provide tracking when available, and shipping timelines will be shown during checkout when configured.
