We want your aptisee order to arrive in good condition and match what you purchased. Because false lashes are hygiene-sensitive beauty products, return eligibility depends on the condition of the item.

Return eligibility

  • Unopened and unused false lash products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Opened, worn, tested, altered, or used false lashes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging when a return is approved.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Virtual try-on note

The aptisee virtual try-on experience is a preview tool. Results may vary by lighting, device, camera quality, photo angle, eye shape, skin tone, and makeup. A virtual preview result alone does not guarantee that a product will look identical in real life.

How to start a return request

Contact us through our Contact page. Include your order number, the reason for the request, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
