Products and availability

Product information, pricing, availability, and promotions may change without notice. We may limit quantities, update product descriptions, or discontinue products as we test and improve the aptisee shopping experience.

Virtual try-on experience

The aptisee virtual try-on experience is provided for preview and discovery only. It is not a guarantee of exact real-life appearance. Results may vary by lighting, device, camera quality, photo angle, eye shape, skin tone, makeup, and other factors.

Uploaded images

If you upload an image for virtual try-on, you are responsible for choosing an appropriate image and for not uploading sensitive, unlawful, or third-party content without permission. The image may be processed by our virtual try-on app provider to deliver the preview experience.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment verification, inventory availability, and fraud review. We may cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including for suspected misuse, pricing errors, inventory issues, or payment problems.

False lash hygiene

False lashes are hygiene-sensitive beauty products. Opened, worn, tested, altered, or used items may not be eligible for return. Please review our refund policy before purchasing.

Accuracy of information

We aim to keep store information accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in price, product information, or availability, we may correct it and contact you if it affects an order.
