This shipping policy explains how aptisee handles order processing, delivery estimates, and tracking for the aptisee False Lash Preview Kit and future products.
Order processing
Orders are typically prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary during product tests, launch periods, weekends, holidays, or when order volume is high.
Shipping times
Estimated shipping times depend on the destination, carrier, and shipping method shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or local delivery conditions.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after the order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. We may not be able to change the address after an order has entered fulfillment.
